Commission Plans
Birch currently offers new agents two different commission plans.
Each is designed to provide you the flexibility you need to manage
your business.
“RO”
Plan –
Residual
Only pays a set residual compensation based on monthly aggregate
billing.
“FER”
Plan –
Front End and Residual
pays a one time payment based on new incremental billed revenue
and a residual commission based on monthly aggregate billing.
Commission Reporting and Payments Your Birch sales commission report will
be completed and distributed the last week of each month. Birch
will pay commission the first week of the following month unless
the amount owed is less than $100. Commissions will be paid when
they total $100 or more in a given month.
Example: January billed revenue will be included on your January
commission statement. Your January statement will be mailed the
last week of February. Your payment will be mailed the first week
in March.
